Terms of Service for ParkMe
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ParkMe mobile application
("App"), operated by ParkMe Company ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using ParkMe, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
ParkMe is available to users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age required by local law to consent independently, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
To use ParkMe, you must sign in using Google Sign-In. You agree that the information provided through Google is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
ParkMe is a platform designed to connect users with each other for parking-related purposes. We do not own, operate, or control parking locations, nor do we guarantee availability, safety, or suitability of any parking arrangement made through the App.

If ParkMe offers paid features, payments are processed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store. We do not store or process your payment card information directly. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.
ParkMe may display advertisements, including ads delivered through third-party platforms such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements.
The App uses location data while in use to provide its core functionality. You acknowledge that disabling location services may limit or prevent use of certain features.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ParkMe Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
ParkMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkMe Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including parking disputes, loss of data, or personal injury.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParkMe Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App. Continued use of ParkMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
